These are as cheesy as you get, your basic Taiwan/China "made out of tinfoil and cheap plastic" parts. You get what you pay for. Upside: cheap as dirt. Downside: poor manufacturing tolerances, not quite square, variation between units, lock that doesn't actually "lock" anything (you can still pull the door open enough to unseat the drive while operating, just not enough to actually remove it from the bay), box that lists nonsensical/incorrect "features" ("hot swap" says the box, while the instructions tell you never to try to hot swap, "w/o key lock" says the box, showing a picture without the nonfunctioning lock, while the nonfunctioning lock is indeed on the units).
They do work and they're cheap. That's enough for me, but if you're looking for more than that, probably spend a little more.
