(More customer reviews)The rack arrived via FedEx and was damaged. I contacted the company who was exceptionally responsive to my concerns. They contacted the carrier (FedEx) who promptly picked up the item. I received a replacement rack in a few days. This is a company that I would do business with time and time again. They kept me up to date on the status of the shipment via email and when I called on the phone, they were there to answer quersions and give status updates. Great transaction!
