(More customer reviews)If you decide to buy a big screen TV, this is the product for you. It may not be solid wood (which would cost you a fortune), but it is built heavy-duty to handle your components! It's super strong! You will have to put it together when it arrives in an extremely heavy box.
Once it's together it's perfect! I looked at hundreds of TV stands for my 65" LCD and by far, this was the best on the market. Keep in mind that most TV stands DO NOT have a place for your center speaker and this is supremely important in a good surround sound system.
This TV stand has room UNDER the glass top for my DVD player, my cable box AND my center speaker. Don't expect to put a receiver under the glass because most are too tall to fit. The receiver will fit perfectly inside the cabinet which has adjustable shelves.
