(More customer reviews)I have the same product, only branded by Chieftec. The main problem is the fan noise. It has a cheap 80x80x20cm high speed fan, which is louder than my entire server with 8 HDD. It has a switch to lower the speed, but it doesn't help much. You can't remove it too, because if the fan is not spinning, the rack beeps. There are few solutions: get a similar 3wire fan (80x20cm or 70x15/70x20, standart 80x25 won't fit) and replace it, or play with resistors to lower the stock fan speed even more.
The drawer "lock" is awkward, you can easily pop out the handle while locking it. If you plan to do a lot of hdd ejecting/inserting, look for another product.
Overall it is not a bad rack, material quality is good, all connections work, you can feed the power using 2 molex style plugs or 2 SATA power plugs.
