(More customer reviews)Picture does not reflect how the screws look like. Fine print does mention no washer but c'mon now... The screws are unique that they can use both Phillips and Flat-head screw drivers to mount. The main problem is that it tends to strip a little bit at a time. It works though so if you manually screw them it works fine.
